Office Manager
Since I’m often the first one our patients meet when they enter our office, it is very important that I ensure each person feels relaxed, safe, and totally at home. I believe serving our patients is really all about listening to them and making sure their concerns are heard and truly understood whether on the phone or in person. I want everyone that walks through the doors of this practice to leave after treatment knowing that we care about them and that they will always be able to count on getting the help they need here. In addition to welcoming patients to the office, I also help with scheduling, insurance, and treatment planning. My husband and I have two children, seven grandchildren, and two boxer dogs named Brodie and Cayenne Pepper. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, bike riding, and dog training.

I am very fortunate to be part of this amazing team. We all enjoy working together and providing a friendly and comfortable environment for our patients. I work mostly behind the scenes, but patients can often see me coming in and out of the office. I take care of all business operations, so everybody's jobs run smoothly. I manage accounts, bills, marketing, supplies and equipment, as well as participate in the logistics and operations development of the office. Dr. Cifor and I have been married for 17 years and are proud to call Carmichael our home, where we are raising our three wonderful boys. On our vacations, we enjoy camping, fishing with our boys, and many other outdoor activities.
